CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be aware that I have a three-strike policy regarding no-call, no-show appointments and appointments cancelled after the 24 hour period; after three consecutive instances, I may ask you to find another stylist. You may be charged a fee of 25% of the price of your scheduled service.
